I have extensive experience in a variety of mental health settings, both inpatient and outpatient, and have experience with most all mental health issues. However, I have chosen to limit my scope of practice to the following issues:

Services & Fees

• Limited evening and weekend appointments available.
• Payment of fees is requested at the time of service.
• Health insurance may cover services in full or partially. I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Humana PPO, Aetna/Horizon EAP, Ceridian EAP, and Beechstreet insurances
• A fee will be charged when appointments are canceled with less than 24 hour notice, except in emergencies.
