Services & Fees

	Evening and weekend appointments available.
	Payment of fees is requested at the time of service. Fee is $100.00 hour (50 minute session).
	Health insurance may cover services in full or in part.
	A fee will be charged when appointments are canceled with less than twenty-four hours notice, except in emergencies.
